ALL SCREENS: $20.00 Each
SCREEN CHARGES APPLY TO FIRST TIME ORDERS ONLY. ANY SUBSEQUENT ORDER WITH
NO CHANGES OTHER THAN INK ARE SUBJECT TO A $5.00 SET-UP CHARGE ONLY
ARTWORK: Artwork is charged hourly, recreation of logos,
hardcopy, or low resolution images will include a charge of $30 an hour.
Submit all artwork for estimate when placing an order.
PRODUCTION TIME: 10-15 business days from receipt of 100%
complete order including: artwork approval, sizes, credit approval, etc.
RETURNED CHECKS: A $25.00 charge will be added to your account for checks returned for any reason.
TERMS: Payment due upon receipt. Company check, cash, or certified checks accepted.
